Material Testing Planner
This software enables a material testing laboratory to manage the entire internal process workflow efficiently: from specimens’ acceptance and mandate assignment to testing , reporting and invoices printing. Every data is stored in a SQL database; this allows a great saving on paper, improved efficiency and huge statistical analysis possibilities.
The main advantage of this solutions is that it is possible to map existing excel reports data in to the SQL database, moreover the software is delivered with many certified excel test reports already formatted according to different standards SIA, EN, ASTM. More in detail, this application has been conceived to manage standard excel reports files in a proper way and to store independently the different kind of data, so that statistical analyses are possible without retyping or copying data in other tools. This results in big advantages such as reduced migration costs, current reports usage and ease of customizing own reports.
This software has been developed meeting ISO IEC 17025 accreditation requirements so the testing process has been standardized, user may access their own data according to specific rights assignment and a central agenda enable the scheduling of technicians’ tasks. Other standard feature such as complete business contacts database, which allow the storing of many detailed information, calibration calendar, invoice and offer printing and test price list are also included.

Pricing
The pricing policy is based on the number of different tests a lab is certified to make. This means a laboratory will pay proportionally to the number of tests reports without the constraint of workstations number and operators.
The software is in continuous evolution as are the standards, to provide feature and reports updates customers may subscribe to a yearly maintenance and eventually a remote support.
