Service condition

Yek SA provides a service by its own and also by involving a third party. Hosting Services Yek SA may be used only for lawful purposes. You may not publish any material that violates one or more rules  internationally, nationally or regionally. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally considered obscene or offensive, information covered by professional secrecy or information that violates privacy rights.

Yek SA reserves the rights suspend or delete an account if the customer a violation of one or more points in these rules, if your account is removed without refund anyone.

It is not permitted to use the plans for hosting online activities deemed "abusive" by Yek SA, such as:

• Sending unsolicited mass e-mail, advertising material or a non-promotional, commercial or noncommercial, known as "spamming" or "bulk e-mail, via your account.
• The inclusion in the website of erotic material or adult content.
• The dissemination of copyrighted material without permission of the owner.
• The use of your account for counter-server services, banner cgi-server or other services aimed at a large number of users, without prior permission Yek SA.
• The dissemination of "pirated" software as copied, cracks or serial numbers or activation codes of programs.
• Access or attempt to access illegal or unauthorized (often known as "hacking") to computers or networks.

Rules for the use of electronic mail (email)

Yek SA does not allow any abuse of the system's mail server.It is considered an abuse mass transmission of unsolicited commercial e-mail or non-commercial dissemination of the virus, the transmission of "mail bombs" with overly large attachments, more than 5 MB, via e-mail.

To prevent the spread of viruses via e-mail, malicious attachments (. Exe. Bat etc..) And more than 5 MB attachments are filtered by special hardware devices before they enter into our network.

The size of the boxes is 5 MB each. We encourage our users to regularly download their mail from the server. Clients that use persistent connections (ADSL, CDN, etc..) Are requested to set the automatic control E-mail (send / receive) to a value of more than 10 minutes.

• It may not use software to create messaging systems (boxes POP3 / IMAP, addresses, aliases, forwarding addresses, autoresponders or mailing-list) in parallel to our e-mail system.

The customer is required to periodically check and download messages sent to his e-mail addresses (e-mail).

Yek SA reserves the right to delete without prior notice e-mail that exceeds 30 MB of memory and / or residing on the server for more than three months. The customer is responsible for the protection of data transmitted or published. In particular, there is no guaranteed data protection in case of transmission of unencrypted data. The customer acknowledges that e-mail messages are not encrypted can be read, changed or deleted by unauthorized third parties and that the firewall may prevent or hinder the unwanted intrusion by unauthorized third parties.

Terms of Use ASP e ASP.NET 

Yek SA provides its clients with hosting plans that allow the use of programs, scripts ASP, ASP.NET. Since the scripts are using more resources than the html pages, you must set a series of rules to ensure proper operation of systems with active content. The limitations listed below are guidelines, included in order to ensure optimal service to all customers hosted on a shared machine.

• The scripts and / or executable should use a low amount of resources. Customers who initiate scripts or programs that use excessive amounts of memory and / or CPU are subject to additional costs
• Scripts should not interfere with the operating system configuration, web server or with your hardware. Examples of interference are, but not limited to, time-out settings, CPU and other resources on the server default parameters
• The script included in the customer's site should not be called by any other server without prior approval of SA Yek.Included in this example, but not limited to, scripts such as counters, banners, hit counter, form-to-mail scripts and other scripts available from other sites.
• Prohibited the chat room-based Perl script, ASP or PHP without prior verification and approval by Yek SA.
  Any script that has a structure that tells us to be written to attack or compromise the server will result in immediate termination of your account.

Payment rules, features, renewal, suspension and cancellation

Yek SA reserves the right to change at any time relevant characteristics and / or fees applicable to services. These changes will apply from the first renewal immediately after any such changes themselves. The payment for the renewal of a service must be made in advance of its expiration.
